Decision-Centric Architecting

Based on the experience of a consulting engagement, this session describes the adoption of a decision-centric approach to architecting in a large, complex enterprise.
Following the shift to more agile ways of working, architects needed to pivot from an ‘artifact-centric’ to a ‘decision-centric’ approach to architecting, and shift their mindset from a ‘big design upfront’ to ‘just enough architecting’.
