How to Keep p53 up and Running at Breuninger?

Breuninger‘s online shop is growing rapidly. That means we need to evolve our systems and organization continuously. What did we learn from growing from 5 to 15 teams in the past 3 years? How do we ensure that the system is stable and resilient and each team can work as independently as possible?
